SAPOL has advised the department that an employee from a metropolitan school has been charged with manufacturing a controlled drug, trafficking a controlled drug, possess firearm without a licence and possessing insecure ammunition.

The woman has been directed away from the workplace.

As the matter is currently before the courts no further information can be provided at this time.
