Almost 300 staff recognised for service

5 April 2019

More than 30 South Australian public educators are set to be recognised for achieving 50 years of service.

These dedicated employees are amongst almost 300 staff who are being recognised for decades of service, achieving more than 10,500 years of combined service to public education in the state.

On 16 April, employees reaching 30, 40 and 50 year milestones will be acknowledged and celebrated at a ceremony for their service and commitment to thousands of South Australian children and young people.

Of the 193 government schools and sites whose staff are being recognised, Salisbury High School has 8, while Adelaide High School has 6 and Flinders Park Primary has 5.
