More schools receive capital works funding

22 June 2021

Five schools and 2 preschools are receiving a share of $42 million to upgrade their facilities as part of the state government’s ongoing commitment to improve education infrastructure across the state.

The works have come about from listening to our education communities who are passionate about their schools and preschools and access to high quality learning environments.

State government education sites receiving funding as part of $42 million

Balharry Kindergarten - $500,000

Eastern Fleurieu R-12 School (Langhorne Creek Campus) - $3m

Elliston RSL Memorial Children’s Centre - $2m

Nailsworth Primary School - $5m

Pimpala Primary School - $12m

Salisbury East High School - $4m

Seaview Downs Primary School - $15m

This $42 million is in addition to the $1.3 billion being invested into education infrastructure across the state to provide South Australian students and staff with state-of-the-art teaching and learning facilities.
