Education and Children’s Services Bill 2018

The Education and Children’s Services Bill 2018 was introduced in the South Australian Parliament on 20 June 2018.

This Bill is intended to repeal and replace the Education Act 1972 and the Children's Services Act 1985, providing a contemporary framework for the delivery of high-quality children's services and compulsory education in South Australia.
