We have now completed the migration of Identity Management (IDM) services to EdPass as part of the transition from LearnLink to a modern, scalable cloud solution.
All staff who currently access
- LearnLink administration or
- staff and student password reset screens.
What has changed?
- LearnLink administration has been replaced with the EdPass IDM Administration application.
- Password reset screens have been updated and are available through the EdPass IDM Administration application in EduPortal.
What do I need to do?
Follow the instructions for resetting passwords on EdPass ID Administration – How to change passwords for staff and students (login required).
All other edIT knowledge base articles for the EdPass IDM Administration system (login required) have been updated.
