Complete the online enrolment form to start secondary school in 2022

Registration of interest for high school in 2022 is closed. 

The enrolment process starts from 13 August.

How to complete the online enrolment form and accept your child’s enrolment offer

Follow these instructions to complete and submit the enrolment form.

Access the form

  1. You will receive an email from education.noreply [at] sa.gov.au
    • If you do not receive this email by 18 August:
      • check your junk mail folder
      • contact your child’s primary school. 
  2. Open email and click the link to open the online enrolment form.
    • Open the form from a computer or tablet in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. 
    • You can also copy the link into these browsers.
  3. Check email for attachments. 
    • Secondary schools may attach a welcome letter, information or forms that you will need to complete and return to them separately.
  4. To use the online enrolment form for 2 enrolling parents, an email is required for each parent. Enter the email for the second enrolling parent on the first page of the enrolment form where shown.
  5. If you are unable to provide an email address for the other enrolling parent and one is not indicated on the form, contact the secondary school to request a hard copy enrolment form.

Complete the form

  1. Fill in all fields. Click the ? button for additional information. 
  2. Click NEXT to save and move to the next page. When you click Next, your progress will be saved.  
  3. Mandatory fields are highlighted in red. You must complete these before moving to the next field. 
  4. Some questions require you to attach documents. This includes proof of identity and proof of residence. You must attach in PDF or JPG format. File names must not contain special characters such as / ? & $ ! % ( ).
  5. To complete the form at a later stage, click Save and close the form.
  6. To return to a saved form you can:
    • click the URL in your original email
    • click the link in the email you will be sent after clicking Save. 
    • you will be asked for a resume code which will be sent to your email address. Enter the resume code and continue with the form.
  7. When all pages and the declaration are complete, click Submit.

Signing the form

  1. After you Submit, you will receive an email from adobesign [at] adobesign.com (this can take a few minutes).
  2. Open the email from adobesign [at] adobesign.com and click To Sign.
  3. Review your enrolment form and sign with your mouse. 
    • If you are using a touch screen, you can sign with your finger or stylus. 
  4. After you have signed the form Submit.
  5. You will receive a second email from adobesign [at] adobesign.com with the signed enrolment form for your records.
  6. If you need to make changes after you submit the online enrolment form, you need to contact the secondary school.
  7. There may be other attachments in your original email to complete and return to the secondary school. Send these to the secondary school separately (you cannot attach to the online enrolment form). 

Information for the second enrolling parent

After the first parent submits the enrolment form the second parent will receive an email with a link to the enrolment form. The second parent needs to follow these instructions: 

  1. you will receive an email from education.noreply [at] sa.gov.au
  2. click on the link to the online enrolment form
  3. you are not required to complete or attach any additional documents 
  4. when the first parent submits their form (complete the form), they are asked if they consent to share their personal information. If they answer no, you will not see any information about the first parent and only the child’s name and date of birth.
  5. you can view information submitted by the first parent 
  6. you must complete the remaining information requested then submit and sign the form, using the process outlined above in signing the form. 
  7. when you submit and sign the form, you will receive a copy of what you submit and sign. You will not receive a copy of what parent one submitted and signed.

Students at non-government schools

Registration of interest for students at non-government schools who want to apply for a public high school have closed.
