16 years and under hockey state teams

    This page explains how to nominate for selection in the 16 years and under boys and girls hockey state teams to compete at the School Sport Australia championships in 2023.

    Who can nominate to be selected

    To nominate for selection, students must be:

    • enrolled at an affiliated school.
    • born 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010.

    Where and when

    Adelaide, South Australia from Saturday 12 to Saturday 19 August 2023.

    • Boys coach - Todd Kitto, Henley High School
    • Boys assistant coach - Matthew Baird, St Joseph's School-Hindmarsh
    • Girls coach - Linzi Appleyard, School Sport SA
    • Girls team manager - Brooke Woodman, St Aloysius College

    The team will be under the supervision of the team officials to meet supervision ratios.
