The department has developed training resources for Anangu school governing councils.

The training will give Anangu family members, council members, site leaders and other interested people:

  • easy-to-use and accessible training resources
  • flexible learning opportunities
  • consistent training content.

Who can do the training

Anyone on an Anangu school governing council or who is interested in being on one can access the resources.

The training resources will give you a clear understanding of Anangu school governance, the roles and responsibilities, and functions of governing councils.

How to access the training

The training can be done individually or as a group.  It may even be delivered at a governing council meeting by your principal, Senior Anangu Service Officer or an Anangu Education Coordinator.

All resources are accessible on any type of electronic device including your mobile phone.
