Grant High School

Initial concept plans for the capital works at Grant High School for their upgrade have been released.

Plans have been reviewed in line with the transition of year 7 into high school by 2022.

Among the upgrades being considered for Grant High School are:

  • Additional learning areas including a science lab and art room in an existing building.
  • Removing aged transportable buildings with asbestos.
  • Construction of a new building to house a performing arts facility, general learning areas and a new canteen.
  • New student courtyard hub with covered outdoor areas for individual and group study.

These plans are subject to further consideration and may change.
