About the webisode

This A Day in the Life webisode provides a look into a 'typical day' with Casey Bell, a preschool teacher, at Kalaya Children's Centre.  The webisode focuses on the importance of building relationships with the children and parents/carers as well as the other staff at the site. It addresses the importance of play as a part of education and provides some specific examples of ways to make 'everyday activities' like washing your hands into an engaging learning activity, disguised as a game. The webisode also shares the importance of seeking continuous professional development and learning opportunities.
