Government employee housing

Government Employee Housing (GEH) is offered as an incentive to attract prospective employees to relocate to country locations.

Application for accommodation

Building Management Accommodation and Property Services (BMAPS), which is part of the Department for Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) centrally manages the provision of housing for government employees.

Applications for GEH can be accessed from eligibility and online application for accommodation on the Infrastructure SA website.

Section 11 of the print and send housing application form is to be completed by the department's removals officer. For new employees, appointment with the department will be verified by the removals officer and the application will be faxed directly to BMAPS.
