Program overview
You’ll be invited to a program welcome day prior to term 1. It will set the foundation so you can start confidently as you begin in your new role. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in the Learn, Lead and Prosper series for ‘just-in-time’ information throughout the year that aligns with key reporting requirements for schools and preschools. The series is delivered online over a 12 month period.

Leader Advisor coaching
You’ll be allocated a Leader Advisor who’ll provide you with on-the-job coaching and mentoring support. We’ll pair you with a current peer, or an experienced, retired Principal or Director to help you navigate your new role. Leader Advisors provide you with up to 24 hours of confidential, one-on-one leadership support within 12 months of joining the program. Coaching is provided at no cost to you or your site.
