You'll learn how to build your strength as you move to the music. You'll need a bottle of water and 3 'safe' objects that you can fit into one hand. You could use a tennis ball or rolled up socks.

In this lesson you'll continue to build your strength. You'll need 2 light weights.You could use drink bottles filled with water. You'll also need a pair of socks rolled up in to a ball.

Build your strength! You'll need 2 light weights. You could use drink bottles filled up with water. You'll also need 2 to 3 different types of balls. You might use rolled up socks, a tennis ball, balloon, or an alfoil ball. You'll also need a piece of paper and pencil.

You'll learn to build your strength. You'll need 2 light weights such as drink bottles filled up with water and 10 to 20 'safe' objects from around your house.You could use soft toys, a tennis ball, rolled up socks, door stop – use your imagination.

In this lesson you'll move to some music, practice an underarm throw and explore your posture, flexibility and core strength. The lesson will end with a fun movement course. You'll need 3 targets such as water bottles, 2 to 3 balls such as rolled up socks, tennis balls or alfoil balls, a pencil, 2 pairs of socks, 2 pairs of shoes and 2 plastic cups.

You'll be practicing the underarm roll, moving your body to rhythm and coordination, and end with a fun game of mission knock down.For this you'll need 3 pieces of paper, 3 pens, a range of balls, 3 drink bottles as targets, a chair and a bucket.

For this lesson you'll have some fun doing a health hustle, practice the two-handed catch, and play a stepping challenge. You'll need a range of balls to throw against a wall and 5 to 6 straight objects to jump over, such as sticks, ropes, rulers or towels.

You'll have some fun with music, do some 5 finger breathing activities and challenge yourself with a game of sock baseball. You'll need 3 targets such as water bottles, 2 to 3 balls such as rolled up socks, tennis balls or alfoil balls, a pencil, 2 pairs of socks and a washing basket or bucket.
