Physical activity lesson 40 (Series 1)

In today's lesson we'll work on building the strength and fitness of your whole body, and leave you with a fun 'flip it' challenge for the day. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around, 1 water bottle, 1 floor mat or towel, 5 pieces of paper, 1 marker, 1 rolled up sock ball or bean bag.
