In today's lesson we will explore and work on your reaction time and agility using simple tools. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around, 4 pieces of paper – numbered 1,2,3,4, a broom handle or similar straight object at least hip high and an optional bandanna to cover one eye.
