What the panel does
The department has a statewide approved panel of providers who offer FLO case management services to support identified students re-engage with learning, training and/or employment.
The panel supports schools to manage risks associated with engaging non-government service providers including the department’s child protection requirements and quality standards.
Applying for the panel
All providers who provide a FLO case management service to schools must go through a selection process and sign a deed of agreement with the Minister for Education.
If you are interested in delivering services and being a member of the APP, please contact us for further information, phone 8226 9853 or email Education.FLO.APP [at] sa.gov.au.
Requirements for approved panel members
Once you are an approved member of the panel, you’ll work closely with the school’s principal or delegate.
Panel members must meet the quality and reporting requirements of the department, outlined in the deed of agreement.
FLO case management standards have been developed to provide a framework outlining the service delivery and expectations for case management.
