Meet some of our volunteers

On this page

Our volunteers come from all sorts of places. They help in all sorts of ways. More than 25,000 volunteers give their time and skills to make a difference in the lives of children and young people.

You might be surprised by how diverse our volunteer roles are. Can you see yourself helping a child to read? Can you imagine being a mentor for teenagers?

If you can think of ways to help, it might be time to find out about applying. It’s never too late to start.
