$3m capital works investment

Australian Science & Mathematics School is undergoing a $3m facility upgrade.

Key features of the upgrade include:

  • refurbishment of existing studios/labs and expansions of studio 7 to provide upgraded amenities to students and teachers within their learning spaces
  • upgrade to the existing heat & eat area and provision of a second heat & eat to generate a 'departure' from the learning environment for student use
  • upgraded main entry space and reception to improve arrival experience for all users and visitors to the school
  • upgrade to the Western external entry including a new sign and planter to provide sun shade to the facade
  • enhance wayfinding and building identification
  • landscaping to address key issues of water run off damage on site.
  • The upgrade will provide students with world-class facilities.
