    How we procure products and services

    The department has an annual budget to buy goods and services from a range of suppliers through various ways, including:

    Suppliers must follow our Supplier Code of Conduct

    All suppliers must meet the minimum expectations outlined in our Supplier Code of Conduct. This includes:

    • ethical expectations
    • social expectations
    • environmental expectations
    • reporting expectations.

    The Code of Conduct helps us make sure that all our stakeholders are treated fairly and within their rights.

    Apply to join a panel of approved providers

    To be able to supply certain goods and services, or to be invited to quote or tender for these goods or services, you must be on the relevant panel of approved providers.

    The application process may be different for each panel. Contact details are available if you’re interested in finding out how to apply.
