This page is for existing permanent school and preschool teachers employed under the Education and Children's Services Act 2019 who are registering on the permanent teacher register.

Permanent teacher register

The permanent teacher register (PTR) is for permanent school and preschool teachers requiring placement or seeking an alternative location.

2025 PTR application dates:

• applications open Monday 8 April 2024 (week 11, term 1)
• applications close Friday 10 May 2024 (week 2, term 2).
